Graduation and Unfinished Aspirations.

Tiring week for me. 2 of my brothers graduated. One in college and the other in High School. It is a relief for my parents for they can take a load off in terms of financial burden. BUT In my case. I am in tremendous pain 8/10 to scale it. I am at this very moment suffering stiff neck with right shoulder pain + crepitus. I was and still complaining for the past 12 hours due to pain. I just wish that it will be better now.

I was thankful of the weather this afternoon because it was gloomy and breezy. There was precipitation but for a few minutes only.

I was not able to attend my brother's graduation because I met up with my friends from Ttech. But, I joined my family for dinner at Bourbon.

I was at deep thoughts  of how my life turned out to be and will be.  I was and am discomfited of the situation wherein my sister is actually working in a foreign land and I am stuck in my native land with unfinished aspiration. I admire her so much in helping financially and reaching out despite of her nuisance. My parents don't ask for something in return and still she gives. It made me think, What about me? What did I offer for help or something for my parent's pride? I know for a fact that as of this very moment and flash back after graduation from college - NONE huge so far.

Now. I am really inspired, and it never felt this good.

Starting from scratch. AGAIN!

The past few days I was stuck at home lazing around. Right now. I am living a sedentary lifestyle which I am enjoying. But not for long because I will be in contact with my PT books and reviewers. I'll be starting from scratch again.  Please pray for me and wish me luck! I need it most. ;-)

The BARE and HAMMOCK shoot

Last March 17, 2009.
We meet up and gathered at Coffeebreak Metro. I came first and waited for the rest. I remember so vividly that it was so freakin' hot that day and I was ecstatic because I will be able to utilize natural lighting. And there came Kjirsti and Carmela followed by Emery who was behind schedule (to think she was the one who set the time and she is the model for the said shoot). Elna who also promised to go did not make it because she was sick. Thank God! There was  Carmela who was our saviour that time. Through her, we had a ride (she was our driver) heheheh.
To my disappointment. The weather turned defiant. The sky went gloomy and it rained. After all of us were set, we headed to Anhawan and discovered another disappointment - the resort was close (I never thought that there is a day off for Resorts). So we made an out of the blue option which was Sol Y Mar.

At Sol Y Mar. We were the only souls in the resort which turned out to be an advantage for us because we can do whatever we want. hhahahhaha We only paid 40 Php per head for the entrance and we got the cottage for free. Another Bonus! There is a WIFI in that resort (I never expected that there will be an internet connection there because it is already in the rural area).

After the shoot. We had snack at Coffeebreak Avenue.

The DVD's and the Filthy Guy

I was out for dvd shopping this afternoon, bought 5 dvds. hahahha
  1. Twilight - I just thought that I need to have a copy and watch it again before New Moon is out in the theaters soon.
  2. Watchmen - because I'm such a heroes fanatic.
  3. Confessions of a Shopaholic - I admit I am becoming one. hehehe Thank God I always left my credit card at home if I have plans to go to the malls.
  4. Slumdog Millionaire - I've been planning to watch it for weeks now. Finally, I get to see it soon. hhehehhee
  5. The Curious Case of Benjamin Button - Is that a question? hahahha it's obvious, I'm curious. hahah what a dumb reason.. lol hahaha
So, expect that i'll glue my eyes on that screen round the clock for a couple of days.

On the other hand, I am really thinking that I am prone to indecent proposals lately, as a matter of fact it just happened again this afternoon when I was at the mall buying DVD's. There was this guy in his mid 30's eeewww.. he was eyeing on me. Of course, here I was standing staring at blank only to realize he was winking an eye at me.. gross. I can't even imagine having sex with that filthy old guy. He signaled at me. Stat, I paid for the the dvd's and rush my way out the mall. He was following me. It freaks me out. Thankfully I was able to get a ride fast, and that poor pervert guy was left at the mall with his plans failed.

Snatcher Encounter

Oh my just moments ago, I encountered a snatcher. I had the chance to be faced with a sneak thief. I was on my way at the office. I usually rode a jeepney on my way there. I just find it awkward that a guy followed me and sat beside me. Of course, I didn't mind. But it just came to my senses that he was uneasy and cautious of his moves. He kept on glancing to the front mirror of the jeepney. When I look at him he seems reluctant. He was wearing a baseball cap and a shades (I guess to be anonymous) and he also had a bag. What he did - he covered his right forearm with his bag and he shear off my toot bag using a blade. Thank God! I noticed that something was wrong. I lift my bag in a way that I can check if something was cut off. But to no avail I did not notice anything. We passed by a church and the nerve he even made a sign of the cross. He decided to set off and he did not even pay for his fare. Now I was wondering if the driver is also behind this motive. I finally got off the jeepney and scrutinize my bag and it is only that time that I noticed that my bag was cut - 3 inches in length. He would have won big time if he was successful in his plan. To think, inside my bag was my laptop, itouch, P1i SE phone and my Issey Miyake perfume. Well, Really God is Good!

Design Lab

I watched Design Lab Held at Robinson last February 28, 2009 together with friends. The contest is for Iloilo's upcoming designers. A friend of mine (Djohn Andrew Clement) happened to join the said contest and he won as the best designer that day. Philipi Tampus and Bo Parcon of Project Runway were there to judge the competition.
